Drag and drop on tablet not working

How the project was created:
Windows 10

Captivate 2019, 11.5.0.476

HTML5 output with Scorm 1.2

Non-responsive project

The project works perfectly fine on PC.

 

The Problem:

On the iPad tablet, the Drag and Drop quiz question does not respond. Also, one of the links works fine on PC but gives a 404 error on the tablet.

 

Does anybody have an idea what the issue might be?

Please install the patch to 11.5.1.499 and test again.

I've just updated and will test if it works better in the future.

In case someone is reading this and thinking about updating:

When updating via Captivate>Help>search for updates, make sure you close the captivate window in the background and leave only the update window open. Otherwise the update will stop/crash (happened to me at least...)
