Drag and drop template (slide must contain two slide items)
Hello everyone. Me again! 😃
I'm getting started with drag and drop interactions in Captivate 7. The end result I'd like is to get the interaction in an e-book I'm designing with Indesign.
This might seem elementary for most but as I am just getting started.
I'm clicking on start a new blank project and I'm trying to launch the drag and drop wizard but all Im geting is an error message stating that the the slide must contain at least two slide items. What is it I need to do to get past this?
I've already created a template in photoshop, the same one that I opened with pptx. It does contain two parts. The top part is a chalkboard where I intend to place the options to drag. And the bottom part which is simply a text which I have "inserted a shape" into which I'dlike to set as a drop box. The shapes is within a text that has missing expressions or words that are in the top part of the template.
Is this what Captivate is talking about? If so, why isn't it acknowledging it as a slide that does contain two slide items?
What must I do differently in order for the Drag and drop wizard to launch?
I understand that it's really a simple procedure. Once the wizard is launched. But, it's not allowing me to launch the wizard from the get go since it requires me to use a template with two slide items...
Please help.
Thanks in advance.
