Drag 'n Drop drag source isn't showing up on preview

Captivate 2017

I've built a drag 'n drop interaction (the 2nd of 2, 1st one works perfectly). I've indicated the drag sources in the interaction wizard and they show up in the Mark as: line as Drag Source. When I preview it, none of the drag sources show up on screen.

I didn't have any issues with the 1st drag 'n drop and this one is just like it.

All help appreciated.

    Are the drag sources starting on the first frame of the slide.? Are they

    set to be visible in output? Which preview did you use?

    Yes, drag sources start on the first frame of the slide.
