Dragging Files to the Stage

I am not able to drag files from the library to the stage. Also, I cannot drag files into folders within the library, to stay organized.

That is strange, works perfectly for me.

Could you clear the cache (Preferences, General has a button for that)? Try to change workspace or refresh workspace. If that doesn't solve the problem, try refreshing the Preferences folder. But then all customisation will be lost. There is a batch file in the installation folder, Utils to delete the Preferences. Captivate has to be closed, when restarting a fresh folder will be created with default settings.

Thanks for the response.

I restarted the program, which is always my first "fix" and it worked, but just one time. I was able to drag a file to the stage, but I had to delete it. I went to drag it back onto the stage and was unable to.

Organizing the files within the library was not fixed by the restart of the program.

I'll try your siggestions.

It appears to be buggy. I'm wondering if I need to reinstall the software. :/
