What could be the reason why an e-Learning project does not show complete in an LMS?  What needs to be marked when setting up an e-Learning project to have it start from the beginning the next time it is accessed through the LMS?

    I am not sure to understand your question, because it looks like two questions:

    1. "...doesn't show Complete in LMS"
    2. '...to have it start from the beginning....'

    Paul answered to the second question.  For the first question: you should show the Quiz Preferences, Reporting which you use in your course. Is it SCORM or AICC? 

    To be sure your problems are due to Captivate, not to the LMS, can you upload the published course to SCORM Cloud? In Captivate 9 this is possible from within Captivate.

    The reasons an LMS may not be capturing that a course is complete are many.

    To answer your second question, make sure you select Never Send Resume Data from within the Advanced button on the Quiz > Reportings section of your preferences (see below). This will ensure that bookmarking is turned off for your course.
