Edit formatting for Handouts print

Hi,

kind of new to Adobe Captivate - loving its features and how easy it is to use it. I am especially focusing on the print option to create document out of the software presentation. I was able to edit the template - the .dot file hidden in the installation location for my needs, but I'd also would like to find out how can I set the formatting of the images and captions in the end document. The images are "flattened" and the font size for captions is just wrong. It would take me a lot of time to repair those manually in MS Word and I know that Adobe's thought of some other way around

Thanks in advance for any hints on how can I set those up.
