Does anyone know of a way to mass edit question pool slide in Captivate 4?  I need to increase sizes of text boxes and placement of other elements and woudl love to know if there is a way to edit all the slides to the same format at once.

The Apply to All option does work for most quiz question slide elements including question title, question text, question answer (but be careful with that one), each type of button (submit, skip, clear, back, etc), review areas, progress area, success caption, failure caption, incomplete caption.

Captivate sees each as a different type of object.  So if you position or resize one on a given quiz slide and then Apply to All, it will apply those size and positioning settings to all the other objects of the same type on other question slides.

I've used this feature quite a bit to get all question slides looking like they belong to a set.

Of course Cp5 also gives you even greater control with object styles...but you only asked about Cp4.

I have tried the Apply to All function, but it will not move the placement on the question text or question answer boxes. The review areas, success caption, failure caption, and incomplete caption will adjust with no problem. The question text box is not large enough to accommodate the text when created and is cutting off portions of questions when displayed on the Random Question Slides.

Hi - I am using Captivate 4 as well... I want to use Apply All to REMOVE the back button from all my question slides in my Question Pool.  Is there a way to do this?  Currently I have to edit each question individually to remove this button.

thank you in advance for any help
