Editing Theme (Cp9) - Which slides MUST be included?

I think there are six slide types that have to be in a Captivate theme.  Where can I find out which ones these are?  Do they simply need to be named correctly to meet the criteria, or must they be "as packaged" with Captivate?

    The minimum number of master slides is 6 + main master slide:

    • Blank master slide (which must be blank) used for Software sims and PPT import
    • 4 quizzing master slides
    • score mater slide

    That is the reason I wrote it, few developers seem to understand the power of Captivate's themes. Beware of manuals and books, often wrong information over that topic.
