Elearning.adobe.com point system

I have posted this in the discussion section. Called adobe directly and sat through chat waits and still no help. Going on day 5 and no replies from Adobe with assistance. Here is my original post.

I am trying to earn points on this website (elearning.adobe.com) but for some reason it is not teaching my point progress. I have tried 4 different devices and 3 different browsers. it does not retain point totals accumulated yesterday. I go back in to my comments on the posts and when I click my name there is someone different. Please Help!!
