eLearning Assets

I have a question about the Captivate 9 assets from eLearning Brothers, accessed from the 'Assets' icon in CP9.

I work in Healthcare, and with that, comes the increased internet security that is necessary within this environment. Recently, we have had a few reports of the Assets page being blocked by a few users who work within our organization. The easy fix for this is to request the page to be added to the company's 'whitelist.' Part of that request requires providing the URL to that page, something I'm having trouble locating, since it this page is 'baked in' to Captivate. Is there a direct URL I can provide my IT security department to have this page cleared for use?

Heya Grant! Community Manager from eLearning Brothers here. I talked to our tech guys about this late yesterday and this is the response I got in this morning:

"On library side it has to be assetportal.elearningbrothers.com but better whitelist all *.elearningbrothers.com domains since there is authorization coming between them."

    This might be a question for the eLearning Brothers, as they would have had to furnish a URL to Adobe for the link to work.
