Email certificate after completing modle

I'm using Captivate 2019. We are a small company and don't have an LMS setup.

Is it possible to email a course completion with the student info to an email address? We need to track who's completed the training.

Legend

Moodle is free, have at least a look because without a LMS it will be difficult. You can set up an internal server, but will need a good programmer.
