Emailing results of text entry box

Hello,

Is there a way to have the results of a text entry box or short answer quiz question emailed directly to the administrator? I do not need the content graded, but I would like for the instructor to see the students' answers. I have experimented with this a bit already, and it seems like I can only get the "Send an email to" function to work, which just opens a blank email message (creating an extra step for students, and won't work for those who don't use a mail client like Outlook).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
