I have a large number of PPT presentations that have embedded audio files. When I try to the Import function in Presenter 11 none of these audio files show up and I get an error message from the Import from Presentation button (An error occurred while preparing the presentation audio from slide 1).
Also, when I try to publish the files all I get is the loading screen.
After a nice chat session with Adobe support we seem to have found the answers.
The problem with the audio came from switching PPT versions - I created the file in PPT 10 then moved over to PPT 16 and the newer version needed to update the audio files to a new format - that fixed that problem.
To get the published files working I needed a new version of a javascript file presenter.js.
