Embedded MP4 won't play when published

Hello all,

I have a MP4 video created in Camtasia.  Exported that MP4.

Imported new video to Captivate.

Add video to desired slide

Preview, the video plays

Publish, the video does NOT play.

Captivate Video Properties:

Progressive Download

No Skin

I am only playing the published file on my local drive.  No LMS involved @ this point.

Why might this be happening?
