I am trying to embed a YouTube Video into Captivate 9 and I am getting an error "Flash-embedded videos are no longer supported, but you can still watch this video on YouTube"

I have Windows 10

Can someone provide me with help.

Thank you,

Hmm... I just tested in using a blank project AND a responsive project and it worked just fine for me.

What link are you placing in the box? That could be the issue... OR how are you testing or exporting the project?

You have to paste in the actual link at the TOP Of the browser, not the EMBED code, then try "Preview HTML5 in Browser" or Preview>Project if not responsive.

Hope that helps.

Hi there,

if you have a YouTube video you have to embed it.

You can use Learning Interactions!

Click on INTERACTIONS button, and select LEARNING INTERACTIONS then scroll down until you find YouTube at the bottom!

Then just add the link!

Hope that helps!

Cheers,

There have been changes in YouTube, that is the reason. If this forum had a better search functionality you could have found the answer that has been given multiple times: replace the interaction  by a Webobject in which yoy play the YouTube video.

This was only ranting on the functionality of the forums, has nothing to do with your question, sorry for that.
