Embedding videos with code within Captivate?

Is there a way to script html code into a slide in order to play a vimeo video?

I see the prompts to put in a aboslute URL is that the only way? In Storyline 3 you can embed code directly into the slide and control autoplay, video size, etc... I was just looking for a simular form or widget in Captivate 2019.
