Encoding Latin - windows-1252

Multi Scorm Packager only publish the content of the package in UTF-8 causing problemns in the LMS platform that we use here, because of the characters "ç, ã, é,..." that are used a lot in our language "Brazilian Portuguese".

Can´t the software publish the content in our encoding language and be saved as ANSI?
