Endless loading on finished published project when loaded online

Question

I took the preloader preference down to 25% and it still was in endless loading mode
Took the preloader off totally--still endless looping mode.
Wondering why there a ton of quizzer assets loaded when my project doesn't have any quiz questions?
It loads up fine when I click the Index.html file on my machine but when I load it up to my school server
it loops endlessly. Loaded the whole folder up with some trouble there.
Any ideas. It's only 5 meg project and don't know why it doesn't jump up.

Did an experiment: just put a text label on one page and saved it. -- 3 meg file
generated and the index.html for it again ran continuously. Is there anyway to
streamline it so that a file of one page with a text label doesn't have to load all
the questions assets with 175 files?
