Something in your Saba LMS is not configured to serve one of the files.  IS there perhaps a video file involved in your course content?  Have you checked whether the LMS is set up to serve all mimetypes involved with Captivate content? (e.g. SWF, XML, MP4)

Checked; it serves all the mimetypes. I worked on it, it wasn't passing the ADL Conformance test. Then finally it passed, but still the issue is the same. it shows the same Error 404 after showing grey screen for some seconds.

I am not the user of SABA and i don't have the access; my client uses SABA, but the elearning I have designed in Captivate 7 will be uploaded in SABA.

i found out the discussion at SABA users forum but do you think it is relevant to my case?
