Hello there

I have installed the new Adobe Captivate 9 and everything runs smoothly. Only problem: When i try to install / import SVG files there is the following error message:

"error 404: not found file not found".

The computer is a Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-3687U CPU @2.1 GHz 2.60 GHz, 8GB RAM, 64 Bit System, Windows 7 Professional

Can anybody help?

Thank you!

Rogerio

I also had this problem for a while.

Are you also experiencing a 404 error if you try to use Preview in Edge Inspect or HTML5 in Browser?

If so, you issue is likely not a problem with the SVG but with the Preview.

Good for you.  But not everyone has the freedom to change their Windows username.  This is an issue that should be corrected as soon as possible in my opinion.  Otherwise SVG preview and other types of preview are going to be quite problematic.

How did you create the SVG-files? If you use Illustrator have a look at my
