I get this error code 213:11 while launching Captivate.

    Which exact version of Captivate do you have? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate. And which OS and OS version do you use? Are they compatible?

    It got solved as it was a license activation issue from my organization.

    Thanks for the heads up. I suspected it to be that type of problem because I have seen it for other Adobe applications.
