Error code -214287038 when trying to open captivate 4 project. What can I do?

Also try to open a blank project and see if you getting the same error.

It on a windows 7 machine. I can open a blank project just fine. I also tried the backup file but I get

the same error.

Are you trying to open the Captivate 4 project in Captivate 5 or 6? Does it has any AS2 content in the project?
