Hi I tried and I still have the same problem

would you please share with us the latest links for Captivate assets?

The page below should have the latest version of the assets to download:
https://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/kb/access-adobe-elearning-assets.html

More info at:

I am having issues downloading the Assets for Mac as well! I've tried SO MANY times to install. I've even erased everything Adobe related to try and install everything all over again, but the assets still don't install. I can successfully install Adobe Captivate and the ReadSpeaker asset - without any issues whatsoever. When I download the Assets for Mac folder and click 'install', it asks me to input my computer password, Adobe email, and lastly Adobe account password, and they all go through. But then, error message 41 appears. I don't know what to do and Adobe representatives/Support Team is terrible at getting back to me. HELP PLEASE!!

Hello, the download from the mentioned link repeats the same error (c41). Is there a different link ?

Thank you in advanced

Hi,

Error codes and solutions can be found below:

https://helpx.adobe.com/au/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.htm

With error code 41, it can occur if you're logged in with a restricted account. Ensure you have full admin access when trying to run the installation.

The link you're refering to is dead now..

Any ideas?
