Error fatal picking color

Hi everyone. We are recently elearning course develorper and we have a recurrent problem involve several machines.

The problem is that sometimes when we are changing the color of a smartshape or other things, sometimes breakdown the program, show the message "Error faltal..." and get out it.

We have try in different machines, and in 32 and 64 bits, but the problem keep.

Can you help to solve this problem? Thank you very much.

    Which version of Captivate are you using, please (exact verson number)?

    The numer exact it's 2017Release 64 bits

    If you are on Windows, do you use Run as Administrator for Captivate?

    Yes. I use captivate on windows run as administrator.

    Is this the first installation of a Captivate version or did you have previous versions on those systems?

    And it's the first installation of Captivate in the computer.

    SInce it is happening with several PC's in your company, it looks like a Firewall issue? Do you have a firewall?

    Yes, i 've a firewall called Sophos. We can enable a port if it's necessary. Thanks
