Error Message - Adobe Captivate - is not working.

I just installed the adobe captivate 9 on Windows 10.

After installation the Message poped up:

Error Message - Adobe Captivate - ist not working. Programm closed and you will get an Info after the problem is solved.

Installed and deleted it 3 times.

it is not working.

any idea??
