Error Message for Blackboard Users?

Question

Hello!I have a staff member who has produced training modules using Presenter 11. We've uploaded these modules into Blackboard using their SCORM Package tool and have had things working without issue for a year. Recently, I have received word from some students who are receiving an error message, which I'll post as a reply to this topic. I was hoping for help with the following:1. What does this error message mean?2. Is this being caused by Blackboard, the SCORM reader, or something in Presenter?3. Any hints on how to resolve this issue?Thank you for any help you can give!
