Error message: Something went wrong while content block insertion

I am receiving the above error when trying to insert image blocks.

I have tried the instructions provided by Saurav_Ghosh in this thread https://community.adobe.com/t5/captivate-discussions/error-message-something-went-wrong-while-content-block-insertion/m-p/13951680

These instructions have not worked and i have also tried reinstalling the app,.

Does Adobe have a solution for this issue?

To anyone encountering this issue on Mac - check that there is a folder called eLearning Assets in  /Users/Shared/Adobe

If not, it's prob been added to your iCloud drive documents folder - relocate it to the above folder and should be good.

Could you please share the error message?

What version of Captivate are you on?

    Version 12.3.0

Error is same as the linked discussion. Only happens when I'm trying to insert a block with images in it.

    Sorry about that @jonathanw70189446

Can you try the steps and let me know if this works?

    1. Close Captivate.

    2. Go to : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Adobe

    3. Rename Elearning Assets folder.

    4. Go to : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate\utils

    5. Double click - CleanPreferencesWin.bat

    6. Launch Captivate and try again.
