Error message when launching Presenter or Video Express 11

I just upgraded my Adobe Presenter subscription from 10 to 11. Deleted 10 before installing 11 as required. When I attempt to launch Presenter 11 or Video Express 11 I get a message saying "Adobe Application Manager is required to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged, please use this link to download and install a new copy of Application Manager." When I download and install this, I get a Creative Cloud white window with a progress wheel that runs for hours, but no App Manager.

I tried the OOBE fix described on the Adobe site, but no joy.

Anyone else run into this with 11 and have a fix.

Problem fixed. Deleted the App Manager and installed a new one....
