Error message when previewing Captivate 2017 Fluid Boxes project

Has anyone had trouble previewing their captivate project.

My project i 62,885kb in size and we are wondering if this is the reason as we have previously been able to preview slides when the document was 20,000kb.

We had a windows 10 update recently... could this be the issue.

    Which Preview method causes problems? All HTML5 preview methods need the generation of a temporary file which opens in a browser. Which browser do you have as default browser? HTML5 Preview is also never as close to the final published output as is the case for SWF output (which is not possible for responsive projects of course).  Is the size you are talking about the future size of the published folder, or the size of the cptx project? Can you try to publish, upload to a webserver or a LMS (if you work on a SCO) to see if it works in that case? If you cannot preview, there is little chance that you'll be able to view the published file locally, uploading will be necessary. I had several projects that could be previewed but worked perfectly after publishing and uploading.

    Thank you for your reply Lilybiri. I had previously no trouble previewing my cptx document in Edge web browser until we recently had a Windows 10 update and / or the cptx document got very large.

    I will change browsers and give it another go.
