Error occurred During Activation Captivate 2019

Started recieving this error message when trying to launch captivate.  I am logged into adobe through chrome but when launching captivate from Macbook this error populates and then closes captivate automatically. Clicking link to Capitvate Support does not help resolve and customer care sent me to this forum for resolution  from Captivate support
