error "Organization missing manifest" in LMS

Question

I have trouble with upload a captivate publishing project in ilias (lms). The error "Organization missing manifest" is showing.

The captivate project contains 15 f4v video files. when i delete these video's in the project and publish/upload in the lms , i have no problems.

Why give these videos this problem "Organization missing manifes" ??

what can i do to fix this problems

Sounds like your LMS is one of those that insists all files present in the SCORM package must be listed in the Organization section of the imsmanifest.xml file that the LMS reads. It seems to be complaining that some files it sees in the packages are missing from the manifest, and is happy once the video files are removed. So you may need to manually list those video files along with the other files found in the Organization tag of the XML.
