Error when importing audio Presenter 11.1

I have many .wav files to import into my presentations. When I attempt to import them, I receive the following error: "Adobe Presenter failed to import...The file may be corrupt or of an unsupported type."

This happens with all .wav files I attempt to import. These files play fine on my computer.

Any advice appreciated.

Kelly

Fix: had to use the Adobe Media Encoder to convert the file (even though it was already a .wav file, Presenter wasn't recognizing it as such).

When importing WAV files, verify they are PCM WAV files. It's easy to end up with other types of WAV files and they will all error out.

Glad using the AME worked out.
