I keep getting this message. Please help

That is the symbol for Flash SWF, which is now no longer supported. EXE files are Flash SWF based and are therefore also no longer supported. The sunset of the Flash format has been warned about since several years ago. It would seem that you were unaware that EXE would no longer be an option.
