Event videos do not play once published

I am using Captivate 8, and attempting to publish as HTML5 to Moodle. A few of my slides have event videos that work fine through Captivate, but once the project has been published and uploaded to my moodle page, none of the videos show up. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Is is a problem with publishing preferences, or could there be an issue with moodle?

If it's an issue with Moodle it could be that your LMS web server is not set up to allow the specific type of video file you are using and that would explain why they're not playing.

If you can confirm with your LMS Administrator that MP4 or whatever video file you're using is OK to serve, then try uploading your content to SCORM Cloud and see if it works from there.  IF it does, the Moodle may have another issue.
