I have created an exam on captivate 8. On the exam report the continue button appears on failure even tho it does not work on failure. How do delete if the exam fails?

It is an essential part of the score slide, did you read those articles please?

You can drag the Continue button under the Retake button. That way it will only appear when the quiz has been passed.

BTW I find Infinite attempts on quiz level not very learner friendly, since you can get the learners in an eternal loop.

Have a look at this article to understand the components of the score slide. At least I think you are talking about the score slide.

How many attempts do you have on Quiz level?

The Continue button when clicked releases the playhead and at the end of the score slide (how long it takes depends on the timing of the pausing point) the actions specified in Quiz Preferences, Pass&Fail will be executed.

Yes I am talking about the score card. I have infinite attempts. On a successful score there is the continue button to get to the next slide. On a fail score there is the continue button and the retake exam. They only need the retake exam button. I would like the continue button to not show up.
