executable file crashes

I'm trying to publish a Captivate 7 file as a windows executable file.  When I run the project, every time I reach slide 44 the whole window closes with no error message.  I've deleted the click box on that step and I've deleted the slide completely, but every time I run the exe file, it crashes at the same place.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

    Ok I figured it out.  After I made the click on that slide, the cursor was placed in a roll over.  For some reason, the rollover slidelet settings were set to Exit upon rollover, and it was automatically exiting the program.  That's why it kept stopping at the same place.
