Executable - Not showing any images in background - Mac

Hi Folks,

When I convert a cptx file to executable mac file, the backgrounds are not visible. However I can see some animation and background voice. Any suggestions are welcome.

    Mac users are very rare on this forum, I am also a Win user.

    Since the EOL of Flash player is announced, I never use executables (Win) anymore since they are Flash-based. Have no idea about the Mac executable programming. Crossing my fingers that someone pops in to help you.
