Exit button not working in published version of Captivate 8

Hi, i am currently creating an e-learning course and when i publish the course the exit button doesnt work

I have just added a simple action to a smart shape that on success says "exit".

- have also tried different methods such as executing javascript and advanced options

just wondering how to fix the problem

    I am having the same issue. Captivate 8, SCORM 1.2, SWF on IE 11. The exit button uses the Action Exit. It does not do anything.

    We noticed this after loading to our Learn (Taleo) LMS, but troubleshooting after, it does not work when launched on its own, so I do not think it is an LMS issue.

    I have found various tips her on previous versions of Captivate that included editing the utlilities.js, but none have resolved this issue.

    Interestingly, the course does get mark as complete in the LMS correctly.
