Expired Trial Version

My trial version of Captivate 3 has expired. I have bought the full version but it will not accept my serial number. It says it is invalid. It is not. I believe it is because I am trying to upgrade an expired trial version.

Any thoughts?

You should strongly consider contacting Adobe Support for this. I'm not sure if it would affect your situation, but Adobe has a moratorium on trials for the month of June because of a software hiccup.
