Export Caption Project Captions and Closed Captions Freezes

When I try to run the export utlility to export project captions and closed captions, the process freezezat 80%.  Any thought on why or how to resolve the issue?

    Try hiding slides until you find where the issue is located.  There could be some character within a closed caption or caption that is preventing things from working properly.
