Export Captivate 9 to Flash CC

I'm using a trial of both Captivate 9 and Flash CC. When I export from Captivate 9 to Flash CC and open the .fla in Flash CC, I find that the captions, smart shapes and buttons are all missing. Backgrounds, highlights and hitboxes are fine. Can anyone else get this to work? Perhaps it's because I'm using trial versions? I'd appreciate any help.
