Export + MPG, AVI

I've seen mention of...Videozilla, I think it is, which seems to do this
and I believe is free. There are a few such free tools out there, I think...

Captivate does not publish to movie format.
There is a free converter called SUPER, by eright soft.

If you do a google search for SUPER erightsoft you will get a link.

It is a great all around coverter, just about any format coverted to any format. (+ it can add watermarks)
