While Publishing a power point presentation it gives me an error saying that " your computer does not have sufficent resources to perform this operation"  and this happens when the program starts compressing the swf and even though after this error the file gets exported the file size is huge. any clues what is causing this error?

Hi there

How large is your project in number of slides as well as pixel dimensions?

If the project is too large, perhaps it needs to be split up into smaller projects and linked.

its a 22 meg file with audio and i am guessing its not a huge size and captivate should be able to handle it, but it still crashes when i check the  compress SWF file and  Advance project compression  options. it's really frustrating

Hi there

So it works if you turn off compression?

If so, I would say you have your answer.

You probably won't like that answer and you will probably come back saying "But it should..." and it sure would be nice if everything in life worked like it should. The sad fact of the matter is that sometimes we see that it just doesn't for reasons unknown. So we deal with workarounds.
