export to flash stays blanc

Help I want to intergate my caption in a flash 8 project but the menu stays blanc.
I had a trial version first. but now have a fulle version

Which version of Captivate are you using? If it's Cap1 then the work around is here:

If it's Cap2 then I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling. I had a similar issue and this fixed it.

I'm also having the same problem in Captivate 2. The "Export the project to Flash" options are unavailable (gray).

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Captivate 2 on my work computer, but that did not help whatsoever. Neither my work nor home computer has this export feature working.

What now? ...pt

I have the same problem.

Both flash exports MX2004 and 8 are greted out.

Anyone have a solution. Much appreciated if you post.
