Exported SCORM Starts at Random Slide

Hello everyone,

I'm using Captivate 12 and and having an issue with one of my courses and where it starts. It's a pretty simple project with ~10 slides and then 3 knowledge checks.

When uploaded into our LMS (Docebo) and starting the project it starts users on Knowledge Check 3 and then takes them to the final slide. This has been confirmed to be an issue with multiple users. It's not a 'random' slide each time but the last knowledge check that it starts at each time.

I've deleted and uploaded the project multiple timess, and renamed the project, but I'm still running into the same issue.

Looking for any help resolving this, thanks!

    It is so difficult to ask for relevant views (like Advanced Interaction) because they don't exist in version 12. I could have a look at the Quiz Preferences, but cannot even imagine what would cause starting that course at a KC slide. Sure it is a Knowledge Check slide, not a real question slide?

    I can just recommend to upload the published output to SCORM Cloud to test it there. If it works perfectly on SCORM Cloud the problem is linked to your LMS. If it is not, sorry but cannot help you.

    I uploaded it to SCORM Cloud and ran into the same issue. 

    Any idea on elsewhere to look, in the quiz settings etc. I tried changing the questions from knowledge checks to quiz questions and the same issue occured. I haven't been able to find any setting where I can start the project on a specific slide and didn't dig around too much in the settings before publishing the project in the first place.

    It is very hard to ask relevant questions and information to solve this type of problems in version 12. You have to screen every slide for possible interactions (there is no overview anywhere) which mess up the project. Sighing... sorry because I like to help other users, and have been often successful for all releases of Captivate before 12. I could ask to see the Quiz Preferences, but your first try was with KC slides, where those quiz preferences are much less important. My apologies, cannot help you and I hope someone from the staff tries.
