Exporting a Zip file from Captivate to Moodle

When I've exported a Zip file from Adobe Captivate to Moodle, and later uploaded it to Moodle within a theme, its worked correctly. But, when entering the view mode of the theme in Moodle, and clicking on opening that presentation, the following message appears and doesn't open it: "The page www.adobe.com has refused the connection."

Can anyone suggest why and how to avoid it?
