Exporting and Importing Slide notes between projects.

We have a group that has upgraded from CP7 to CP2017.  Some how they say that the slide notes disappeared in 2017.  So they want to move the slide notes from copies of their CP7 cptx to the new CP2017 cptx.  They say that it won't do a copy paste. 

I tried doing the export/import.  It exported the captions and CC from the earlier version but in CP2017 the option to import captions and CC was grayed out.

    Sorry, have to answer the same as on your other thread: you can only import (translated) captions/notes into the project from which they were exported.
