Externalize Adobe Captivate Resources

I received an error stating 'No sufficient memory resources to preview the file. Externalize the Adobe Captivate resources in the SWF file and try again. I went through select files to externalize and when I went to preview my work nothing appears. What do I need to do in order to correct this problem?
