Extra resources tab in skin?

Hello! Adobe Captivate 9 user here.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have extra tabs/sections in the skin? For example, a "Resources" tab that can have all the links used in the eLearning, and that can be accessed at any time (similar to how the ToC is viewable at all times). I believe this is done in other eLearning development software, so was curious if we could pull this off with Captivate.

Thanks for any help!

You can do this by building it directly into a training. I've implemented access to a resources section and help system by doing a little bit of extra work since Captivate doesn't do this yet.

The menu below resides at the top of the content in a header section and gives people access to these features amongst a few others.

Good point, Michael. I ended up doing a variation of that. Had hoped there was a built-in option, but at least in the end it works.

To my knowledge, Captivate does not yet offer this flexibility. It is my understanding that Lectora offers the most customizable skin, but I've not used it.

Is there a 3rd party add-in that offers the flexibility to get a more custom skin?

You have to find a programmer. Sorry.  I am not aware of an add-in that could realize this.  I  would use advanced or shared actions. You can also use JS.
