Fade In / Out on Slide Transition

Had a good google on this and found a number of suggestions, which I've tried and have not resolved issue.

I have a handful of slides where on transition to the next slide fades out.

Checked the following:

- Slide properties;

- Any associated object properties;

- Preferences default is set to No Transition.

So far nothing has worked.

Help anyone?

Hi Julia

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking here. Are you referring to the action of each slide in a Captivate project? Or are you instead referring to what happens as the project ends? Or something else entirely?

Hi again

Normally there is no transition applied between slides. There are transitions applied to objects on slides. Typically these are Fade In and Fade Out.

Are you able to share a project by attaching so we might download and view first hand? If you can't share one in progress because of non-disclosure or other sensitive information, are you able to replicate the issue with a few generic slides? If so, we might be able to see what is happening and offer suggestions for dealing with it.
